The domain of technical jargon

Since the emergence of the Internet as a public medium in 1995, many technical solutions have been invented to allow users to create and publish websites. Like any technical field, the jargon specific to the Internet and creating websites has a tendency to confuse beginners.

Because of this, we have banned the technical vocabulary from our service and software so that people who need a website can create it without being arrested by incomprehensible terms.

However, to facilitate an understanding of what SimpleDifferent is and how it compares to other services in the field, we want to give a direct reference to some of the technical terms commonly encountered. After all, this is a comparison and it would be unfair not to explain the terms as SimpleDifferent is the only service that does not require an understanding of them.
